Due to weakening bicep in right arm. I have been given exercises with a yellow elastic band. Pulling it up to my shoulder 10 times. See physiotherapist again for that in one month.

Meanwhile, going to see a neuro physio on wednesday 7th march re worsening balance. I am doing leg and balance exercises every other day.
Please the blood test for Myasthenia gravis is negative. One less worry.
Have decided to start Insulin for my diabetes type 2 when I have the next HBA1c blood test in April. Feel I have enough on my plate without the worry of dietary needs.

Just had a physio assessment again. I am going to be able to use the gym at the physio dept,.

Hi Jackie x

Good to see a CMT update, didn't realise you were still seeing the Physio. They gave me one of those elastic band thingies once too... for upper back and shoulders.

My Neuro Physio gave me some quite good balance exercises some time ago (which I do once a blue moon now!)

What is Myasthenia Gravis?

Re, the insulin... probably a good idea, you know what's right for you! :D

I try to do them daily. Give myself a weekend off. Google Myasthenia gravis. I have a slightly dropped right eyelid and she wondered if it was. I cannot log in, btw to your forum Sam since I got my new comp,. Cannot remember my username and password.
